How to Cope with Allergy Season
Steve Crooks

Defined Tag:
Many people think that the allergy season occurs during the spring and autumn seasons
and find that they don't suffer as much during the summer months. In addition,
most people shivering cold in the winter while they are allergic can
breathe a sigh of relief. Unfortunately, many people suffer from
allergies all summer, which translates into summer, congestion and
breathing problems.

There are different triggers of
allergies depends on the season. The spring allergy season causes
allergies and hay fever that are connected to the nascent pollen from
trees such as ash, birch, oak, poplar, sicómoro, and walnut. The last
part of spring ushers in pollen from a variety of grasses such as
Bermuda, Timothy, top red, sweet vernal, bluegrass, and a variety of
others.

Allergy season is entering a different phase as
summer approaches. In this case the air becomes drier and there is more
pollen in the air, whereas a higher level of humidity causes mildew
fungi to grow on things such as leaves, straw, dead grass and other
plants that thrive in these kinds of weather. As July comes to an end,  the mold levels become very high and many
people are then suffering from allergy problems.

If you suffer
from summer allergies, there are ways you can help yourself, in addition
to merely taking allergy medicines. If you plan to invest more than
30 minutes to an hour outdoors, then make sure you wear a pollen mask. On the days when the pollen count is high keep all your windows and doors
closed and turn the air conditioner on. Make sure it is configured for
recirculation. Speaking of air conditioners, be sure to clean or
replace the AC at least once every month and not leave the room on air
conditioners when not at home. These are all self-help ways to cope
with the inconvenience and discomfort of allergy season.
